Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of scalable SaaS-based ERP systems, web applications, and portals.
• Project Oversight: Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and other technical staff.
• System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures in alignment with business requirements and technology trends.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliver solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS-based ERP, web applications, and web portal development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with API design, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git).

Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML integration in SaaS products.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
