Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with lead generation capability within the Hospital Management Systems (HMS), E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech domains. The SDR will play a key role in identifying and qualifying prospective clients, driving business development, and contributing to the sales pipeline through effective outreach and lead-generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads in the HMS, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech sectors through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualification of Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media platforms to initiate conversations and promote the companys products and services.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies and provide necessary feedback to optimize processes.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead sources and business opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets set by the sales management team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales development.
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and working with a sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
