About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Business Development and Sales Manager to lead business expansion efforts across the USA, Canada, and the European Union. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets of $1M+ annually in IT or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Market Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the USA, Canada, and EU markets to achieve and exceed $1M+ annual revenue targets.
- Identify emerging market trends, client needs, and potential growth areas to maximize market share.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-value opportunities.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management - Prospect, qualify and engage with potential clients across diverse industries to promote IT solutions and services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Execution and Target Achievement - Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, aligning with their business objectives and challenges.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and market insights to the leadership team.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, including key metrics and recommendations.
Travel and Networking - Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build brand visibility and credibility.
- Travel as needed across the USA, Canada, and EU regions to foster relationships and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in international sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving $1M+ in annual revenue.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in IT, SaaS, digital transformation, or related industries.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global markets, especially the USA, Canada, and EU.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
