About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record of leading and managing HR functions for a team of 10+ HR executives. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR policies and demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. This role requires proactive engagement in workforce management, employee relations, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes to foster a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to a team of 10 HR executives, ensuring effective execution of HR activities and processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies, keeping abreast of changes in relevant legislation.
  •  Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee performance management systems and training programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Oversee payroll processing, compensation, and benefits management to ensure competitive and fair practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to support business decisions and continuous process improvement.
  •  Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Spearhead succession planning and talent management programs to meet future workforce needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in human resource management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  •  Experience working with large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in HR management software and payroll systems.
