About the Opportunity:
The Junior Business Analyst, Product Development will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products. This individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product development within Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, or HRTech.

Key Responsibilities:
➢ Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
➢ Create clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development efforts.
➢ Design wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD to visualize product features and workflows.
➢ Facilitate discussions with business teams, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless product development.
➢ Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within the product lifecycle.
➢ Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to support strategic decision-making.
➢ Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement documents, workflows, and product roadmaps.

Qualifications:
➢ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product development environment.
➢ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working in Agile teams.
➢ Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
➢ Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar).
➢ Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
➢ Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic technical concepts is a plus.
