Job Summary:
As an Android Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, user-friendly mobile applications. Your expertise in mobile app development for domains such as Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and other external libraries as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app development in at least one of the following domains: Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech.
• Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON for data integration.
• Knowledge of MVVM, MVP, or other architectural patterns.
• Experience with Google Play Store submission and distribution.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
