About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and experienced QA Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) program. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing documented processes, best practices, and a culture of quality within our organization.
This position is crucial for our continued growth and success, particularly as we expand our services to include international clients. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and documenting all QA activities to provide verifiable proof to our clients.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a documented QA program that aligns with industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement effective QA methodologies and tools.
  • Lead the QA team in defining and executing test plans, test cases, and defect management processes.
  • Oversee all aspects of the QA lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-release monitoring.
  • Analyze QA data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and other teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Establish and maintain clear documentation of QA policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the organization by promoting awareness and best practices.
  • Track and report on QA metrics to stakeholders, including international clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in QA.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in QA leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QA programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with various QA tools and methodologies (e.g., testing frameworks, test automation).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of international QA standards and regulations (a plus).
