We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be accountable for coordinating all aspects of IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specific requirements. You will be a key liaison between project stakeholders, technical teams, and business units.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Track project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively, and escalate risks to the Sr. Project Manager.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, including IT staff, business users, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project expectations.
• Manage project documentation, including JIRA, meeting minutes, status reports, and communication logs.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are met and action items are clearly defined and assigned.
• Conduct post-sprint reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project
  management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and standardization.
• Understanding of agile methodologies is a must.
• CSM/CSPO/PMP certification will be a plus.
