The code was incomplete, containing numerous programming errors and glitches, and we lost a lot of money in the process. We hired Unicodesystems to fix the original programmer's mess, not an easy task by any means. Unicode took immediate control over the project and delivered a very nice, refined Magento site in record time at a very reasonable and competitive rate. I was very impressed with the results, their knowledge of Magento and cms is superior to other providers we've dealt with. Unicode has also done graphic design work for us and delivered as expected. Communication is prompt, as is the level of service. Needless to say, we've retained Unicode as our site admin for the past year with full trust.
